-Service-


Q: What type of service do you offer?

A: A mobile cocktail/mocktail bar service which includes the following:

  • A selection of cocktails/mocktails available from our menu OR if you have a preferred cocktail/mocktail list of your own then we are happy to cater to that also, so long as the ingredients are available in Australia. Please note, for customised cocktails/mocktails an additional admin fee will apply.

  • A cocktail/mocktail buffet/graze bar setup, can be themed or non-themed to suit your event

  • Glassware, mixologist equipment & garnishes

  • Mixologist/s who will prepare and present your selected cocktails for your special event

 

Q: What type of events do you cater for?

A: Our service is available for almost any occasion such as:

  • Birthdays

  • Hens/Bucks night

  • Milestone celebrations

  • Openings/Launch parties

  • Weddings

  • Bridal Showers

 

So long as the venue has a valid BYO licence (or Liquor is permitted on the premises by law), examples:

  • BYO venues

  • Parks (so long as there is council approval)

  • Your own home/backyard

 

Q: How does the cocktail/mocktail grazing service work?

A: Preparing for your event is similar to catering, after you've chosen your drink package, you pay us and we handle the purchasing of alcohol and mixers for you, saving you the time and worry of having to do it yourself, as well as avoiding any mishaps on the day when there is a cocktail/mocktail shortage that you don't want.

On the day of the event the cocktails/mocktails are prepared and served as a buffet or graze bar style so that your guests may assist themselves when they arrive.

-Prices-

Q: What are your prices for packages over 90 cocktails/mocktails?

A: For cocktail/mocktail packages that exceed 90 drinks, please inquire with us directly as our cocktails/mocktails prices will be calculated based on the number of guests + the number of cocktails/mocktails per guest.

 

All quote's for packages exceeding 90+ cocktails/mocktails will include a service charge of $250 + cocktail/mocktail selection as separate charges and provided via email only.

You can order as many or as few cocktails/mocktails per guest as you want; however, we recommend offering 2 cocktails per person to add to the atmosphere of your big event without breaking the bank.

-Cocktails/Mocktails-

Q: How many cocktail/mocktail choices can I select?

A: For Cocktails there is a maximum of 3 choices per event, and for Mocktails there is a minimum of 3 choices per event.

 

Q: Can I have a custom cocktail/mocktail selection for my event?

A: Yes, as long as the ingredients are available in Australia, we can serve your favourite cocktails/mocktails. Because these will be custom drinks, there will be an extra admin cost to support the planning and sourcing of ingredients.

 

-Cool My Drinks-


Q: How are the drinks kept cold?

A: We provide ice for all cocktails/mocktails.

 

Q: Do I need a cold room/fridge?

A: Yes, it is your responsibility to ensure that a cold room or fridge is readily available to us and that there is ample amount of space for ice to be stored so that it can be used for the cocktails throughout the night. No one likes a warm cocktail/mocktail!

Also whatever pre-made cocktail/mocktail mix is left over is yours and stored in the fridge.

 

-Bartending-


Q: Do you offer Bartender service?

A: No, we do not offer bartending services as all cocktails/mocktails are displayed in a buffet/graze bar style where your guests can help themselves.

-Other Services-


Q: Will you be servicing for Non-BYO events if so, when?

A: Yes, we will definitely be servicing Non-BYO events in the very near future which will run similar to a Bar Tab service, more of this information will be available once the service is ready to go!

Q: Do you offer a grazing table with your cocktails?

A: We are looking to include food grazes as an Add On to our cocktail graze so watch this space!
